Clacton is the premier Cricket Club in North East Essex. On Saturdays our 1st X1 play in the top competition available to Clubs in our region, the East Anglian Premier Cricket League, an ECB Accredited Premier League. Our 2nds play in the Two Counties Cricket Championship, while on Sundays our 1st team play in the PDQ Cars North Essex League and our 3rd X1 play in division C of the Two Counties. We have a number of players who have represented Suffolk in the Minor Counties Championship and for 2012 we are delighted to have signed Stefan Gericke as our overseas player and coach for our club including our thriving youth set up. Stefan played for Clacton in 2011 and was the premier leagues top all rounder, he is a left arm spin bowler of note and a more than capable batter
